CITIZEN ARTS INTERNATIONAL FEstival PARTNERSHIP

We are partnering with the 2026 Citizen Arts International Festival, a citywide celebration of multidisciplinary performance in public spaces. Our collaboration includes partnerships on multiple performance projects and the co-production of the festival’s Art, Health, Medicine, and Embodied Difference Symposium, conceived and curated by our Artistic Director Meg Araneo. This partnership with the festival marks a significant step as we expand our reach, diversify our programming, and deepen our engagement in international dialogue around accessibility, civic life, and artistic exchange.

The festival is co-directed and curated by Meg Araneo, Natalie Rine, and Elena Siyanko.

In collaboration with Social Practice CUNY in affiliation with the PhD Program in Theatre and Performance at the CUNY Graduate Center

Citizen Arts International transforms NYC’s public spaces into vibrant stages for international performance, participatory art, and cultural exchange. All events are free and open to the public. Bringing art into everyday life, the festival fosters civic engagement, strengthens social connection, and celebrates the city's diversity.
